Not only is this method extremely relaxing, it helps to improve blood circulation to all parts of the body, making you feel warm and invigorated and full of energy to tackle anything. This ancient art of foot massage is guaranteed to release tension from the body and has been around for thousands of years. You think those guys knew what they were doing way back when? Obviously, they did.
